It is stated online that the last Express pickup on Saturday is 6PM. However, the incredibly rude guard at the gate tried to shoo me away at 5. I explained that it states 6PM on the site, which was later confirmed by customer service. The guard ignored me, and went back into the booth to eat his food. I asked which drop box was the one that would be picked up at 6. No response. I asked if the box next to the gate/guard booth would be picked up at 6. His response: “we don’t have materials “. I said everything was set as I have a corporate account. He swept his hand toward the box and looked at me like I was an idiot. After several screw-ups on a major printing project at the FedEx printing location near Eastern Market, this was over the top!

The guard at the gate berated me and it was a terrible experience. I will never go back to this location if I can avoid it. I hope Fedex hires more respectful (or just less terrible) security staff in the future, because this was completely unacceptable.
