I have used them for around a year and they have good service typically. They have even destroyed buttons on my dress shirts a few times and sewed new ones when I brought it up. I give it 3 stars though for a couple reasons. Granted this is my first time really using a dry cleaner so it could be ignorance on my part. A few occasions I have brought in pants that I spilled on and they charge $5-6 to clean them. However, they were unable to remove the stains and still charge full price. I understand that some stains cannot be removed but this has happened every time I brought in a stained pair of pants and I thought I was paying for the service which is stain removal. Additionally, to clean a shirt it is under $2 (which is a great price) but to clean a tie it is in the $5-6 range per. 7 Brothers cleaner up the street dry cleans any garment for under $2 so I will give them a try and compare. Also, I found out that they were not dry cleaning my shirts but simply washing them and pressing. I thought that dry cleaners dry cleaned all your clothes and just found out they were washing my shirts for the past year - again probably ignorance on my part since I am new to dry cleaners. If you live close by I would recommend them out of convenience.
