It's a shame this place changed ownership. The old shop took care of the neighborhood customers, the new one doesn't. I went in to the shop with just my bike frame because my bottom bracket was stuck on and I wanted to pop it loose with the specialty wrench. The gentleman in service with the dread locks told me that would be $12. When I said it would take half a second and the old shop was very accommodating of long-time neighborhood customers, he said "yeah you ain't touching my tools." Buying a new bottom bracket wrench is less than $12, and for a half a second of work to pop it loose, that's just absurd. Coupled with his rude attitude, I will never be going back to this location. Such a shame.
