I bought tickets to this place's new years party this year. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make it because my leave from the Army was cancelled. I tried reaching out to this place for 2 weeks to see if I could get a refund and cancel my tickets. The staff is completely unresponsive to emails, voicemail, and almost never picks up the phone when you call. The one time I was able to reach someone, the only thing they could do was tell me to email them. I would be fine if they wouldn't give me a refund, I understand not everyone can do that. But the complete disregard for someone who just spent 180 dollars on New Years tickets is sad. It says something about the management of a place when a customer can't reach someone at the business for 2 weeks straight (my wife and I called almost every day and sent multiple emails).
